This section is located in Kuala Nerang in Padang Terap. Lower courts are located under the Syariah Judiciary Department Kedah Darul Aman. It is the administrative center of the judiciary in the area of Padang Terap.
OBJECTIVE
“Prepare and implement management of court cases based on Sharia Islamic Law and the Law efficiently and effectively.”.
FUNCTIONS
MRS functions of Padang Terap:-
- Managing registration and trial under the jurisdiction of the Subordinate Courts as civil cases, criminal and Faraid in the Padang Terap District only.
- Manage court orders.
- Managing production certificates Faraid.
