This section is located at the counter in Kuala Muda area. Lower courts are located under the Shariah Judiciary Department of Kedah Darul Aman. It is the administrative center of the judiciary in the New Town area.
OBJECTIVE
“Prepare and implement management of court cases based on Sharia Islamic Law and the Law on the efficient and effective”.
FUNGSI
MRS Kuala Muda function are:-
Managing registration and trial under the jurisdiction of the Subordinate Courts as civil cases, criminal and Faraid in Kuala Muda District area only.
Manage court orders.
Managing production certificates Faraid.
