The Syariah Court Low Pendang

This section is located in Limavady Limavady area. Lower courts are located under the Syariah Judiciary Department Kedah Darul Aman. It is the judiciary administrative center of the Pendang district.

OBJECTIVE

“Prepare and implement management of court cases based on Sharia Islamic Law and the Law on the efficient and effective”.

FUNGSI

MRS Pendang function are:-

  1. Managing registration and trial under the jurisdiction of the Subordinate Courts as civil cases, criminal and Faraid in Pendang District area only.

  2. Manage court orders.

  3. Managing production certificates Faraid.
