PROVISIONS OF LAW
- Enactment of Civil Procedure
CLAIMS & APPLICATION THROUGH PROCESS SULH
a) Claims for breach of promise to marry / engaged
b) Claims arising from a divorce, such as:
- Mutaah
- Iddah living
- Matrimonial Property
- Dowry debts
- Other things that a reasonable mind
c) Rights of the Child Care Claims (custody) to see the importance of such children within a marriage or even after the divorce.
d) Child Living claims
e) Application Execution Court.

- Can save costs and time parties.
- Negotiations are being led instead of unilateral domination.
- Consultation see the future interest of the parties rather than leverage and blame others.
- In an open and voluntary settlement (the pleasure) instead of unleashing revenge.
SULH, CONSULTANCY GENERAL, HAKAM AND ARBITRATION / TRIAL
A. SULH
- Easily held
- Voluntary (non-participating and non-no decision)
- Secret (between the parties and the officer Sulh only)
- Easing (Sulh officer only assist and guide the negotiations, but the parties - who decide)
B. CONSULTATION (GENERAL)
- The parties - is not as strong and usually intermittent.
- No party that guide and govern / manage consulting.
- Exposed to many external factors.
C. HAKAM
- The Parties submit to the (wish) to make decisions on their behalf.
D. ARBITRATION AND FEUDS
- Hostile (evidence given to enforce their rights only)
- The decision arbitrator / judge
- The focus of the past - what happened
- Formal process - what special procedures
- Participation is limited in accordance with the existing procedures
