This section is located in the district of Yan Yan. Lower courts are located under the Syariah Judiciary Department Kedah Darul Aman. It is the administrative center of the judiciary in the area of Yan.
OBJECTIVE
“Prepare and implement management of court cases based on Sharia Islamic Law and the Law on the efficient and effective”.
FUNGSI
MRS Yan are:-
Managing registration and trial under the jurisdiction of the Subordinate Courts as civil cases, criminal and Faraid in Yan District area only.
Manage court orders.
Managing production certificates Faraid.
