The Syariah Court Kota Setar

This section is located at the Federal Administrative Complex Bandar Muadzam Shah Anak Bukit Kota Setar district. Lower courts are located under the Syariah Judiciary Department Kedah Darul Aman. It is the administrative center of the judiciary in the area of Kota Setar.

OBJECTIVE

“Prepare and implement management of court cases based on Sharia Islamic Law and the Law on the efficient and effective”.
 

FUNGSI

MRS Kota Setar function are:-

  1. Managing registration and trial under the jurisdiction of the Subordinate Courts as civil cases, criminal and Faraid in Kota Setari District area only.

  2. Manage court orders.

  3. Managing production certificates Faraid.
