The Syariah Subordinate Court Kubang Pasu

This section is located at the counter in Kubang Pasu district. Lower courts are located under the Syariah Judiciary Department Kedah Darul Aman. It is the administrative center of the judiciary in Kubang Pasu district.

“Prepare and implement management of court cases based on Sharia Islamic Law and the Law on the efficient and effective”.

FUNCTION

MRS function of Kubang Pasu:-

1. Managing registration and trial under the jurisdiction of the Subordinate Courts as civil cases, criminal and Faraid in Kubang Pasu district only.
2. Manage court orders.
3. Managing production certificates Faraid.
